The nature of these pieces is delicate: each piece is made of sturdy glass glued to a tested nickel free post, with two different backing options. We have had reports that occasionally the glass pops off the post, likely as a result of taking the backs off—they are easy enough to glue back on with E6000 or a similar type of glue. Each piece is unique and comes with slight natural imperfections—the earrings may be slightly different shapes or sizes even within a matched set, and we cannot issue returns for pieces deemed “imperfect” unless we have reason to believe there was a flaw in the piece that makes it unusable.
